CEO pay was one of the hottest topics in recent years. The Catholic Finance Association panelists engaged this crucial issue, exploring the following questions:
- Don’t companies have the right to decide CEO pay themselves? Or are there moral problems with high CEO Pay?
- Is there a “golden ratio” of CEO Pay to worker pay?
- Is there any correlation with executive pay and company performance?
