Rita Cosby is a renowned Emmy-winning TV host, radio host and best-selling author. Her internationally acclaimed memoir, QUIET HERO, focuses on her father, faith and forgiveness. Honored as Legend of the Year in 2018 among all women in Radio, she hosts the “Rita Cosby Show” weeknights on WABC. As one of the most recognized and respected broadcasters in America, Rita has obtained exclusive interviews with more than twenty world leaders, as well as seven U.S. Presidents, and has met with three Popes, including being the first American journalist to interview Pope Francis at the Vatican. As the daughter of a WWII POW saved by American troops, Rita annually hosts Troopathon, which has raised millions of dollars to send care packages to our active duty troops around the globe. She is a parishioner at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
