CEO Pay: Who Is Right?

CEO pay was one of the hottest topics in recent years. The Catholic Finance Association panelists engaged this crucial issue, exploring the following questions:

  • Don’t companies have the right to decide CEO pay themselves? Or are there moral problems with high CEO Pay?
  • Is there a “golden ratio” of CEO Pay to worker pay?
  • Is there any correlation with executive pay and company performance?
