Stephen Auth joined us for this members-only online interview where he made his economic predictions for 2021. Steve leads a team of more than one hundred portfolio managers, analysts, and traders who manage Federated’s $60+ billion in domestic and international equity investment products.

Stephen Auth serves as Chief Investment Officer of Federated Global Equities, as well as Executive Vice President of Federated Investors. He leads a team of more than 100 portfolio managers, analysts, and traders who manage Federated’s $60+ billion in domestic and international equity investment products. Steve has over 35 years of investment experience, at Federated Investors and previously at Prudential Investments, and has invested in most corners of the world over his career. 

Steve graduated Summa Cum LaudePhi Beta Kappa, from Princeton University. He received his master’s degree in business administration with High Distinction from Harvard University, where he was a Baker Scholar and a Loeb Rhodes Fellow. He is also a chartered financial analyst, and a member of The Economic Club of New York and The New York Society of Security Analysts. Steve is a frequent guest and guest anchor on CNBC, Fox Business News, and Bloomberg TV.

Among many non-profit projects, he sits on the National Board of the Lumen Institute, a community of Catholic business leaders, which he helped found in New York. With his wife Evelyn, he has served in missions overseas and on the streets of New York. His second book, “The Missionary of Wall Street,” was published by the Sophia Institute Press in the spring of 2019. Also, the the Auths regularly gives spiritual art tours at the Metropolitan Museum which they call, “Man’s Search for God, A History of Art Through the Prism of Faith.”
